Reviews and QA

Real reviews will live here after launch.

SheFast is still pre-launch, so this page avoids fake quotes, fake star ratings, and unsupported ranking claims. Once the app is public, verified review snippets can be added from App Store feedback.

Tester checklist

What to test in the current TestFlight build.

Use this page as a launch QA companion. The goal is to catch anything that would confuse a real user before App Store review or public launch.

1

Onboarding paths

Test new account, existing account, Sign in with Apple, email sign-up, back buttons, and skip/not-now paths.

2

Payment and restore

Check weekly, monthly, yearly, intro-offer eligibility, cancellation, restore purchase, and paywall access.

3

Reminder syncing

Confirm eating start, fast start, fast end, cycle-aware, streak, and morning reminders match the selected plan.

4

Fast lifecycle

Start a fast, leave the app, receive completion notification, reopen, confirm auto-log, and start the next fast.

5

Data sync

Sign out and back in with the same account to confirm profile, fasting history, reminders, and plan data return.

6

Account deletion

Delete an account, confirm the app exits cleanly, and verify server data is removed according to policy.

What users should review

The product promise we can safely make.

SheFast should be judged on whether it makes fasting easier to understand and keep consistent. It should not be presented as a guaranteed weight-loss tool or medical treatment.

How this page should be updated.

Add only verified public reviews

Use real App Store language or clearly marked direct customer feedback. Do not invent names, ratings, or outcomes.

Avoid medical claims

Do not publish reviews that imply SheFast diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents disease, or guarantees weight loss.

Keep pricing factual

If subscription prices change, update the site, App Store metadata, and support answers together.

Answer common questions

Use real user questions to update the blog, FAQ, and App Store support page after launch.
