Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: email address, display name if provided, Apple sign-in identifier if you use Sign in with Apple, and authentication records managed by our authentication provider.
- Profile and preference information: fasting protocol, eating-window timing, cycle length, notification preferences, onboarding answers, wellness goals, and optional current or goal weight.
- Health-adjacent app data: completed fasting sessions, fasting start/end times, protocol, duration, cycle phase/day, weight logs, optional mood ratings, water/protein logs, and period start information if you enter or import it.
- Communications: messages, support requests, privacy requests, or in-app feedback you send to us.
Information Collected Automatically
- App usage data: onboarding, paywall, rating prompt, feature, and feedback interactions used to understand and improve the app.
- Technical data: app version, device/platform details available through the app or our service providers, and network information such as IP address when you connect to our services or website.
- Local device data: some app state, active-fast state, reminder settings, prompt state, daily water/protein totals, and similar preferences may remain on your device unless you choose to sync or log them.
Information from Third Parties
- Apple HealthKit: with your explicit permission, SheFast may read steps, active energy, body mass, and menstrual-cycle start information, and may write water, protein, body mass, and fasting-session entries to Apple Health. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or share it with advertisers.
- Sign in with Apple: if you choose Apple sign-in, Apple may provide your name and email address or a private relay email address, depending on your Apple settings.
- Apple and RevenueCat: subscription purchase and entitlement status are processed by Apple and RevenueCat so we can confirm access to paid features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Personalize your fasting experience and deliver relevant recommendations.
- Send transactional communications such as password reset or account-related messages.
- Analyze app usage and feedback to improve features and fix bugs.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting/authentication, subscription management, website hosting, analytics, and support/contact tools.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With your consent: we will share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account from within the app; this deletes your SheFast account and associated server-side account, profile, fasting, weight, and analytics data, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, backup, or fraud-prevention purposes. Backup or log copies may persist for a limited period and are removed according to our service-provider retention schedules.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out of marketing communications by tapping "Unsubscribe" in any email or adjusting notification settings in the app.
- Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

6. Children's Privacy
SheFast is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

SheFast is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers are located. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
8. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use health data, HealthKit data, or app account data to track you across apps or websites for advertising.
