You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
SheFast is a wellness and lifestyle tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting protocol, changing your diet, or making other health-related decisions, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a chronic medical condition, or are taking prescription medications. Reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.

SheFast offers optional premium subscriptions ("SheFast Premium") that unlock additional features.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the SheFast app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may submit data, notes, or other content ("User Content") through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We do not endorse any User Content.
All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and software in the Service are owned by or licensed to SheFast and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use SheFast's name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service integrates with Apple HealthKit and may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEFAST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheFast and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately end, and you must cease all use of the Service. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and SheFast waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
